I really like to work with Sinks for the first rough combing of the fur. But there are two little things that definitely can be improved and in some way might depend on each other.

The first one is to make the Sinks editable after they were created, for example with a Base-Point the Sink can be repositioned with and a Tip-Point for reorienting the Sink.

The second thing that is a little annoying is that the Sinks sometimes protrudes into the surface after creating them. With a Tip-Point this could probably be avoided with some kind of internal surface constraint and if not the Sink could at least be draged out manually.
