* Fixed root 'Objects' node only has one right-click menu option
* Fixed unstable behaviour when deleting a scene object with one or more spaces in its name
* Fixed crashing in some cases when opening a scene while another scene and Zookeeper are currently open (and there are multiple un-expanded layer groups)
* Fixed crashing when specifying a text filter in objects view and clicking on an empty area
* A lot of refactoring and code cleanup
