* Right click create now works in tree view:
- If view is in 'manage objects' or 'manage layers' mode only objects can be created
- If view is in 'manage anything' mode, anything can be created :)
* You can now drag/drop objects and classdescs onto the root scene node. If an existing object is dropped, a new node (instance) is created for it, if a class desc is dropped a new object and a node for it are created. This is also reflected in tooltips.
