+ Added parameter layout configuration editor available through right-click menu ("Edit Appearance..."). This provides a visual way of editing parameter configuration and saves the results into an .xml file currently stored at: C:\Users\Marsel\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2010 - 64bit\enu\plugcfg\Zookeeper (on a x64 Windows7 machine, in Documents and Settings under XP)

* Fixed: Point3 parameters from ParamBlock2 not getting their values into textbox controls, causing an error message if textbox is clicked
* Param dimensions are now properly retrieved and used causing values that have them to display and scale properly (ie. angles are displayed in degrees and scale 1 degree at a time)

* Out of all manipulators only cone angle and plane angle get previews rendered in schematic, all others just use their icons (this is done to prevent endless redraw loops and render errors caused by manipulators not attached to nodes)
