+ Color pickers now present for tree view layers and layer groups

* Nodes now have a 'transform lock' rollout containing checkboxes to lock position, rotation, and scale components of its transform. This is analogous to options found in 3dsmax 'Link Info' tab
* Position/Rotation/Scale controls now have checkboxes next to their three components that control three inheritance components of their transform. This is analogous to options found in 3dsmax 'Link Info' tab

+ Added missing files

* Changed entity naming algorithm to concatenate names rather than just use the last word. Maximum allowed name length is now 17 characters
