* Entity layout configuration xml file generated when user modifies parameter information now only contains the modified entities, and not a copy of the built-in configuration. This allows users to keep only local changes and still loads all entities not modified in it in a built-in layout configuration.

* Fixed crash when using the "Reset..." zookeeper option once view is opened

* Fixed crash when zookeeper is opened and curve editor is opened (and potentially in other places where references are evaluated) due to circular referencing
