* Synoptic views now display value nodes that were marked as composite inputs

+ Object and name filters are now applied to all treeview nodes (including the ones in "Manage Anything" mode)
* Fixed a number of UI issues related for treeview filtering. These include nodes overlapping, not appearing in right place, not being selectable, and search box not updating its position if scroll bar appears or dissapears in the tree view while typing

* Composite templates now support synoptic views with backgrounds. background image is stored using the viewname_background.png format and loaded when template is created.

* Fixed an assertion appearing from time to time saying about ZK trying to access a disposed object
* Name dialog (when renaming views, exporting/importing from MXS variables, etc.) now always appears under mouse cursor with text selected
* All views preserve their collapse state when doing right-click-refresh on an entity

* Fixed bug when trying to create a composite node inside another composite view (inputs being referenced to deleted nodes and giving loading errors)
* Message is now displayed if window layout is in incorrect format and layout is reset

* Fixed composite node preview image not updating after loads and creation from composite templates
