+ Added demonstration r2010 configuration

* Fixed: double clicking a material loads slow in the material editor (seems to load many times) then it does not actually load the material. Its visible but you cant click through and edit it correctly.
* Fixed: Multi-layer shader node not taking typed in values. (this also applies to all other typed in percentage values)
* Fixed: [05/11/2009 9:47:04 PM] Michael McCarthy: Inserting an output map between a cellular map (or another map) creates an extra imput in the output map that should not exist.
* Schematic and tree view parameters use 'material editor'-style color picker instead of color swatches

* Fixed scene loading errors between builds caused by obfuscation
* Inserting node now uses a 'hand and cross' icon rather than large cross

* Fixed geometry filters filtering all objects (now properly filters all geometry only)
+ Camera and light targets (as well as any other target of a lookat controller) are filtered based on camera and light filters, and not geometry filter

+ Added configuration option to set default behaviour when layers with objects in the are deleted
+ User can now choose to either delete all objects in layer being deleted or move to objects to base layer
+ If user tries to delete 'current' layer, base layer is made 'current' before the deletion. This is needed because 3dsmax does not delete 'current' layers.
