* Fixed palette manager always opens last palette during scene load

+ Added configuration option to allow movable root nodes during schematic wuto-layout. Without this option on all root nodes are laid out in right-most column
* Fixed (rare) exception when evaluating paramblock2 params. An error is still printed to the listener but there is no exception window.
* Fixed a couple of schematic auto-layout node bugs
