* Fixed error when deleting global scene node and trying to add it back in
* Global scene node now doesn't have custom attributes (due to some referencing issues)

+ Custom attribute parameters now have "Edit Appearance..." option in right click menu. This is different from editing layout configuration. Instead here a dialog is given which allows user to specify minimum, maximum, and default values for each custom attribute parameter as well as control type it should use. These settings are also used by 3dsmax for the rollouts.
+ Added optional grid to schematic views. Grid can be turned on/off, and its size can be changed through global configuration. It is on by default.
* Fixed a couple of schematioc auto-align bugs: node centers are now used when inserting root nodes into new positions, and nodes no longer jump if rooted nodes under them are selected
