* Fixed: changing custom attribute spinner value was slow due to it creating new controls at every change
+ Custom attribute name is now used for its rollout. Renaming the custom attribute also renames the rollout. Rollout can only contain alphanumeric characters without spaces.
+ Control type is now properly assigned through custom attribute parameter editing dialog

+ Added horizontal and vertical margin settings for schematic layout in global configuration. These control the spacing between nodes.
* Now using global scene tracks to 'anchor' controllers used in an expression controller. This ensure that even if ZKAnchor node (which was used previously to anchor these controls) is deleted all the expressions will continue to function as before.
