* Fixed error when dropping a composite template containing scene nodes
* Fixed errors that happen in some scenes where global animatable track index changes (track is now looked up by name and cached for performance)
* Fixed error that appears if an object node is double clicked (or single-clicked in synoptic view) and then delete button is pressed in viewport. ZKAnchor is not longer used to host objects temporarily, rather a special node is used which can be deleted freely and will be regenerated at a later point if its needed.

* Fixed ArgumentException error when generating some parameter names
