* Switching between flat and hierarchy mode in objects tree view now preserves the expansion state of the view
* 'Group to a point helper' option now groups selected objects and parents the resulting point helper under the first node's previous parent instead of root node (thus preserving hierarchy order)
* 'Group to a point helper' now names point helper 'PointGroup' instead of 'Group' to avoid confusion

+ State sets can now be rearranged by dragging and dropping between nodes

+ Added render setup changes to state sets. Most generic render properties are now tracked (ie. properties found in render dialog)
+ Added layer changes to state sets (WIP). Just like nodes only hide/freeze states are supported for now.
* State sets now automatically add first/blank state upon initialization

* Scene node hidden and frozen state now doesn't change if the node's layer hidden/frozen state changes. This also fixes state sets capturing node hide/freeze states even if just their layers' state changes.

+ Click+dragging across many freeze or hide state icons in tree view nodes/layers/layer groups will now toggle their states based on the first icon clicked. This replaces old behaviour which began drag and drop operation of a node.

+ Layer groups now respect the states of their child layers and groups. For example, if a layer group has a visible child layer and it is hidden the child layer stays visible but its objects are hidden. When layer group is unhidden the layer and its objects are visible again. Only hidden and frozen states are tracked at the moment.

* State sets now track node material changes (WIP)
