* Removed viewport flicker when starting or stopping state set recording
+ Viewport type is now stacked by state sets (ie. top/left/right/perspective etc.)
* Removed "Scene" from common view names (ie. "Scene Objects" is now just "Objects")

* All yes/no/confirm choice message boxes now have 'do not show this again' option to prevent them showing again in the same session
* State sets can now be dropped into a schematic view (WIP)

+ Added option in configuration to reset all message box "do not show again" states
* Improved schematic view auto-scrolling when mouse goes outside the view:
- Scrolling now happens automatically, without having to 'wiggle' mouse around
- Scrolling speed increases/decreases the further mouse goes outside the view
- If nodes are moved they always stay underneath mouse (they did not do that before)
- If selection rectangle is drawn its original position stays in same place
* Selected schematic nodes are now displayed in brighter color to be more visible

* Dragging schematic nodes out of the view can now be accomplished by moving them and holding down ctrl, old system of dragging is removed to allow for better auto-scroll

+ Added missing file

* Minor fix for R2009 mental ray state set property tracking
