 | Hi Ephere-team! I just installed the latest build (2.0.7.0) and when starting max 2012 all is fine. But when starting Max 2013 i get an error message dialog box before max has started its UI: Max.NET Unhandeled Exeption Exception and stack trace: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Ephere.Plugins.Autodesk.Max.Zookeeper.Configuration.Load() at Ephere.Plugins.Autodesk.Max.Zookeeper.Plugin.ReloadConfiguration() at Ephere.Plugins.Autodesk.Max.Zookeeper.Plugin.get_Configuration() at Ephere.Plugins.Autodesk.Max.Zookeeper.Plugin.Initialize(IGlobal global, ISynchronizeInvoke sync) at Autodesk.Max.Manager.RegisterLoadedPlugins() Then when the Max UI comes up I get the classic: Application Error An error has occurred and the application will now close. Then Max crashes. It will not start at all. How do I roll back or uninstall? The directories has changed so much in 2013 and I can't seem to find the files that should be removed.

| Hi Jonas, Please look for this file: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2013 - 64bit\enu\plugcfg\Ephere.Plugins.Autodesk.Max.Zookeeper.config and delete it. It should resolve the problem. Please let me know if it doesn't. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) |
