hey guys,

I just installed the demo for zookeeper and feels great, I'm a bit lost when using it cos im just not used to it but i like it overall...

there's a question/problem i wanted to ask, i'm using a composite map with a few different layers, now, i want to control the opacity of these layers with a value, the problem is that if i create lets say a bezier controller and try to plug it into the opacity value slot, zookeper won't let me do it. I have to manually set an animation key on each layer's opacity and after that I'm able to click and drag and extract the numerical node....any ideas why is that, and how to solve it?

thanks

Alex

Hello Alex,

This is something unique to the Composite Texture in max and how it has been coded. We will have a look at it and see if we can smooth out the workflow so you do not need to set a key for max to give it a controler. One thing you can try for now is to hop into Keymode in the ZK Schematic view (upper toolbar to the right, key icon) and just scrub the value. This will give it a controller and you can then hop out of Keymode and continue your work.

Thanks!
