I cannot load ZK in Max 2019. When I press ZK menu, I see the macro runnining in listener but ZK never appears. I tried to search for an INI file for ZK thinking maybe it's loaded off my monitors. Any ideas? Also, the docs here (which I went to looking to see if there is a MXS method to reset the ZK window) is hard to read.

I need to get Max 2019 up and running and I will do some tests. Just noticed the docs, yikes. Will need to sort these out as well, thank you. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)

Shawn, did you try to install the ZK license server directly from the downloads page? This sounds like a licensing problem. Please also see what the License Server Manager shows you. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)

My LS is on another machine. When I run the LS from this machine and put in the LS address, all my licenses for ZK, Lucid and OX appear. How can I check the address that ZK is using and manually set it?

Just another tidbit. Both Lucid and Ornatrix are loading fine. It's just ZK that won't load. There are no errors. Traditionally, if my network license server is down, Ephere apps will prompt me to enter the IP of the license server inside Max (which usually means my LS server restarted but Ephere LS service hasn't started yet). In fact, I can run zkPlugin = dotNetObject "Ephere.Plugins.Autodesk.Max.Zookeeper.Plugin" In the MAXScript listener and query zkPlugin for its properties, etc. But the ZK window simply never appears no matter what I've tried.

Hi Shawn, thank you for the extra tidbit. Maybe it isn't license related after all, we're looking at it here. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)

We tried it here and ZK opens fine in Max 2019 so it's not a version problem. I suspect it is still a licensing problem. Please find this file and either delete it or set the license server IP there to localhost: Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)

The reason I do not think this is a license issue here is that any time time the license server could not be detected in past, ZK would prompt me to enter an IP. Now there is no prompt for this. I opened the file above and it lists the name of the computer that my License Server is installed on (not localhost). That other computer has all of my licenses (ZK, Lucid, Ox). Because there is no error message (or prompt to enter the LS IP), it seems to me that ZK is loading up but off-screen (and inaccessible). I know ZK loaded for me in 2019 a while back. Is there a command or config to set where ZK loads to on the screen?
