The license popup seemed to have completed sucessfully, but then it popped up again with the following message:

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. Authorization failed. This computer has a previously assigned license

Please advise. Thanks
