Thanks for the log file.
There are two failures in it. The first one is when trying to stop the currently running license server. This means that you have a LS already installed and for some reason it cannot be stopped.
The next error is "access denied" to the location of Ephere.Licensing.LicenseServer.exe, meaning that the file is currently locked and cannot be deleted.
I suggest you reboot your machine first, then follow the steps to uninstall the existing LS: https://ephere.com/web/applications/ephere/docs/Uninstalling_License_Server.html
Then reboot again, and try to run Ornatrix. If the machine has active Internet connection, Ornatrix will not try to install a license server locally, but read the license from the central LS at ephere.com, assuming that ports 39373 and 39374 are not blocked by a firewall.
If you prefer to install a LS locally, get the link "Install license server only" on the Downloads page and run the executable, which should install the LS.
