Problem

Description:	After adding a fizz modifier and increase the value, it causes an infinite growing of hair. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/437527085 in this link right after 09:05 you can see the problem.

rsodre	This was caused when the modifier was applied after Mesh From Strands, it should have no effect on the already meshed hair. We're now ignoring anything below MFS.
