Problem

Description:	Cinema 4d R21 and R20. Ornatrix 1.0.3.22998 Cinema 4d always crash when using clump editing or clump hair editing if you add Clump Index Channel to clump node lower in the hierarchy.
Steps to Reproduce:	create the first clump, add clump index channel. Create the second clump, select in region channel Clumpids and try to edit clump hair with deleting
