Problem

Description:

I can't seem to manually groom guides generated from propagation. The guides move for a second where I want them and then instantly snap back. Using <span>2.0.6.24863</span>

Tried in 2.0.7.25082 [Latest Stable] same issue.

Hey Richard,

To fix this go to Edit Guides>Change Tracking and switch it from Surface to Strand. The Surface algorithm is not implemented for propagated strands yet. For now use Strand tracking mode when working with propagated strands.

Hi Jeordanis I don't see an option for change tracking, are you sure this is implmented in c4d? Using version 2.1.5.27071

 

I am also noticing you cant create strand groups past 2 on propergrated guides. It only allows 1 or 2
