Problem

Description:

I just purchased a subscription for V2 Ornatrix for C4D.

 

I installed the license server, then installed the plugin. This is the window I'm getting:

 

 

I turned off all my firewalls and anti-virus, nothing is blocking it. Help!

Steps to Reproduce:

Hi,

You should install the plugin before the license server. Please install the license server again. 

If the problem persist please install the license server manager and attach a screenshot here. 

Edit:

We think this is due to an issue with the latest release. A fix is being compiled as we speak. Please redownload Ornatrix in a few hours and reinstall it.

I re-installed it several times in different orders of operation, it always produces the same outcome.

Other things I've tried:

- Whitelisted every folder that mentions Ephere in my firewall

- Whitelisted incoming and outgoing firewall traffic coming from port 39373

- Disabled anti-virus

- Performed a manual uninstall, including deleting the service using CMD and re-installing everything.

 

No luck. I'll wait for the latest fix.

Please try the following: uninstall, download the latest stable build 2.1.0 from our site again, install that one, and try it.
