Hi,

I tested this on both the latest R21 and R23 builds.


I have a skinned character with a rig. In previous versions of Ornatrix, I was able to add hair to it using selection tags. In the latest V2 stable version of Ornatrix, the hair simply doesn't show up, unless I delete all of the Pose Morph tags and Skin objects. Nothing shows up no matter what I do, unless I collapse it fully into a baked object.

 

Please help! I bought this 2 days ago and I'm still unable to use it.

I isolated the problem by testing the rig without either of these tags / objects.

Ornatrix behaves correctly when I delete the folder under the CC_Base_Body containing my pose morphs (called Poses: CC_Base_Body). I think what happens is that Ornatrix is trying to add guides to every single pose morph geometry in that folder.

Any clues?

Another thing - the sinks dont show up anymore after saving the file and re-opening it.

This release needed a longer beta test.

Hello, sorry I missed this post. 

Normally to get the shinks to show up you have to activate the Sink tool in Surface Comb modifier.
