Hello, Please check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking the license server. It may be preventing it from connecting to the internet. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
You can also download and install the license server by itself. You can find it in the download page. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
Both ephere and c4d are unblocked in the firewall. I have also tried installing the license server and that hasn't fixed the issue. 3D Generalist - Maya, Cinema 4D.
What happens if you click "Connect" when the license server windows pops up? Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
| You may try the License Server Manager: https://ephere.com/web/applications/ephere/docs/License_Server_Manager.html Another infromation you can provide is the licensing log file at "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\EphereLicensingLog.txt" Ivan Kolev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) | The license server manager doesn't seem to be much help. Please refer to the image captures. When I click connect or Install license it just keeps saying the same message over and over and over again, never works. 3D Generalist - Maya, Cinema 4D. |
Please e-mail to ivan.kolev at ephere.com the EphereLicensingLog.txt file I mentioned above. Ivan Kolev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) Discord: ikolev
