Problem

Description:

When I click install license I get a message that "This computer has a previously assigned license." When a release the license it says I have one license avaible but when I click install license again it goes back to the above message. Ornatrix fails to load because of this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking the license server. It may be preventing it from connecting to the internet.

You can also download and install the license server by itself. You can find it in the download page.

Both ephere and c4d are unblocked in the firewall. I have also tried installing the license server and that hasn't fixed the issue.

What happens if you click "Connect" when the license server windows pops up?

Another infromation you can provide is the licensing log file at "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\EphereLicensingLog.txt"

The license server manager doesn't seem to be much help. Please refer to the image captures.

When I click connect or Install license it just keeps saying the same message over and over and over again, never works.
