Problem

Description:

When Furball object is generated as C4D Hair, hair itself are created in world zero coordinates instead of object/mesh location

Steps to Reproduce:

Add some polygonal object, place it out of world coordinates, add Furball, then Furball/Object/Generate Object As...and choose C4D Hair option

Im getting this issue in latest release0-0-4-17388-win64  My mesh is in world zero space, hair is offsetting itself.

 

EDIT:  I know why in my case its doing it, its takeing on the position of the sds tag although Im selecting the head mesh, still should do it though.

"The native C4D hair mode is experimental, and we don't know if will be supported in the final release. Most probably not.

Roger"

For now, you should stick to the splines mode.
