Problem

Description:	I had a hair cap and had added a durface comb. I wated to use the Sink tool but when I click and drag on the scalp nothing happends. I then made a cube, added hair and done the same thing. this time the Sink tool worked. I thought it was the cap, but after any tries it also randomly didnt work on any geometry, in all cases it never worked on hair cap.
Steps to Reproduce:	1: Add hair (real world scale cap) 2: add surface comb 3: try to add sinks

Jeordanis Figuereo	Hello Daniel, For me it works fine in all meshes except on your scalp. Rectro	running latest build of the nightly 17345 sinks are not working even on other geometry.
