New: Optimized (sped up) Mesh from Strands texture coordinate calculations
New: Multiplier op (optionally) copies per-strand and per-vertex data to created strands
New: Graft surface normals are always displayed (feels more natural to see them)
New: Dragging starting from the mesh, if there's a strand occluded by the mesh, will create a new strand instead of editing the occluded strand
New: Draw strands can be used to alter a segment/interval inside the strand
