how to fix position of strands on mesh with pose morph?

I have a mesh, girl's head, this head had pose morph to animate expressions. I try to make hair. eyelashes, fuzz and so on. And I ran into a problem that frame by frame my hair changes. What the settings I must apply to solve this problem? 

And I also noticed that my texture mask periodically stops working for distributions of guide and hairs and hair is distributed over the entire area of the mesh

Solve this moment. "Remember root positions" option in guides from mesh node must be on. I think that maybe this option must be on by default

For the strand and morph using try turning ON Remember Roots Positions in Guides From Mesh, then try turning OFF Topology Based Orientation. Let me know your results on each one. 

If the texture is 4K or more this is a bug with Cinema 4D if I remember correctly. I will check again.

Oh you figured it out already. This option should not be ON by default because this will lock and cache the root positions, so won’t be able to edit the roots in Guides From Surface.
