As It's a bit confused, follow these steps :
1-Go to the download page :
2-In the right top corner clic on window just nearby "Single User
3-Once dowloaded, launch the exe
4-In the opened command prompt, copy the link wich appaear like this :
The .zip file will be downloaded.
5-Unzip the file "Licensing.LicenseServer.exe"
6-In a command prompt, type the path to this exe followed by "installAndStart".
It should looks like this :
C:\Users\PC\Downloads\Ephere.Licensing.LicenseServer.exe installAndStart
