2.0.10.26089 in picture viewer ignores attributes such as length and change width from the nodes Attached Files: |
| Hi, I just tried rendering with Redshift. The hair Width and length is rendering fine. I don't know much about Cinema 4D. The only thing called Picture Viewer that I found it's in the Render menu. This doesn't seem to render with Redshift so I suppose it's using the internal renderer which is not compatible with Ornatrix. It doesn't render the hair. If you are talking about a different tool please show where it is. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.) |

| Hi, I tried the steps shown in the video but I can't reproduce it. It renders fine. This is testing the length modifier: Here I'm testing the ChangeWidth modifier: Try updating both Ox and Redshift and let me know how it goes. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.) |
| I am used hair from mesh strips, not hair from mesh strips. Maybe this is important condition |

| I can't reproduce this on your scene either. This is the Length modifier: Maybe the problem is the C4D version. I'm still on R21 in which Ox is more stable. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.) |
| I am understand, picture viewer always use 100 % of hair per strips. But render view reads the percentage from Viewport Count Fraction. It confuses my head a little. I think that it will be comfortably linked render view with the picture viewer |
| I don't think this is related to the hair amount on the viewport vs the render. You mention that Change Width and Length modifier do not work with the Picture Viewer, if that is the case, that would be a different issue. Unfortunately I can not reproduce it here.
