Parting is done in Hair from Guides using the Parting Plane editing tool. For now there is no control over the percentage of hairs that will be parted. The parting will be performed equaly on both sides.
Maybe you can use a Frizz modifier set to affect onnly some hairs around the part with some outlier hairs. You can create a strand group or channel to only affect those areas.
