hello, when i use mesh from strands with ground i tried to mooov to make simulation the rotation of the hair doesn't follow the mesh , how to fix please !

not mesh from strands i mean hair from mesh strips sorry ! everytime i use ground strands then mooov i face the rotation problem of the hair in simulation

, here the attachment , 1st time i try with mooov doesnt rotate proerply and when i delete mooov it rotates well , how to fix please

of course , here is the scene try to remove mooov then it will rotates properly please i need a fix for that, i guess the problem is on ground strands because i tried in hair from guides moov rotates properly

I fixed the issue by just parenting the plane to the animated sphere, which is the correct workflow. If you want the hair strip to move with the sphere it should transform with it, be a child of the sphere.

However there is another issue that we have to fix related to Ground Strands before further testing. When this is fixed we will update the documentation with the correct workflow for hair simulation when using Hair from Mesh Strips.

it doesn't work , i already tried this solution , the plane will move according to the sphere , but the hair doesn't move properly , because of bugs on GROUND STRANDS , not only hair from mesh strips , but even hair from curves , every time we use GROUND STRANDS the hair doesn't move properly , i hope this bug will be fixed , because it will save my life :D

May I ask, what is your expected result with this workflow?

i can fix this issue by deleting ground strands in that way i can't use hair from guides , so i have to simulate the whole hair which takes forever , but if this issue can be fixed i don't need to simulate whole hair only few guides from hair from mesh strips and then i can use hair from guides after adding ground strands
