Hi, @NEOD
Thank you for your post and nice to meet you
Charly here
Upgrading from one version to another is a complex process, and each update brings significant changes. Therefore, it's recommended to open hair projects in the same version they were created in. For example, if it was created in version 3, you should open it in version 3. Sometimes, even the exact sub-version number is important. I've noticed this in my own projects as well.
However, if you're experiencing hair explosions in the same version, that's very unusual. In such cases, it's crucial to document the problem and provide a video of it. This way, the developers can study your specific issue, as each case is unique.
I will definitely pass your feedback to the developers. In the meantime, please provide the scene where this issue occurs so they can investigate it.
What version of Ornatrix and Cinema4D are you using?
Thank you and have a great day
Best regards,
Andrew.
