Ornatrix C4D: support and updating of the plugin is very slow

I think that the level of support and updating of the plugin is very slow, I don't know if it happens to you, but something that really annoys me is that sometimes I finish creating the hair of a character, and I save the file with the idea that the hair is already done, some time later I open the file and the hair is broken, or apparently fine, but the moment I want to edit some of the hair, it's like it just explodes and I have to go back to combing or redoing things. ...it has also happened to me that there are times when going from one version to another, the hair explodes and has to be redone.

Therefore, it's recommended to open hair projects in the same version they were created in. For example, if it was created in version 3, you should open it in version 3. Sometimes, even the exact sub-version number is important. I've noticed this in my own projects as well. However, if you're experiencing hair explosions in the same version, that's very unusual. In such cases, it's crucial to document the problem and provide a video of it. This way, the developers can study your specific issue, as each case is unique. I will definitely pass your feedback to the developers. In the meantime, please provide the scene where this issue occurs so they can investigate it.
