Ok, I was waiting an answer, but as I'm a bit hurry, I've investigate.
So, if I understand, now the official V3 is release, even the v3Beta need to purchase a new license to work again. So either I pay new perpetual license especially for V3 or I install V2 to enjoy my old licenses.

Yes, sorry, maybe we thought it was understandable... but here is our policy again, explicitly: once the beta period of a new major version of a product is over, using that version of the product requires purchasing a license. A license covers one major version of a product, with all of its minor versions. In addition, we offer access to the beta period of the next major version, while it lasts. So it should be taken into account that using a beta version for production means that you should be ready to purchase a license, once beta is over. Admittedly, the beta period of Ornatrix for Cinema4D V3 lasted longer than usual, and this probably lured more people to switch to it, even for production.
