A license covers one major version of a product, with all of its minor versions. In addition, we offer access to the beta period of the next major version, while it lasts.
So it should be taken into account that using a beta version for production means that you should be ready to purchase a license, once beta is over.
Admittedly, the beta period of Ornatrix for Cinema4D V3 lasted longer than usual, and this probably lured more people to switch to it, even for production.
