You are probably referring to MacOS? Because we do offer builds for C4D 2024 and 2025 on Windows.

It turned out the latest versions of C4D 2024 and 2025 for MacOS require plugins to be signed by Apple. This is something we never had to do for plugins and we are still considering the situation. I can't tell if or when will they be available.
