I see only the installers for C4D 2023 and R25 available for download. Will the installers for C4D 2024 and 2025 be available soon? |
| You are probably referring to MacOS? Because we do offer builds for C4D 2024 and 2025 on Windows. It turned out the latest versions of C4D 2024 and 2025 for MacOS require plugins to be signed by Apple. This is something we never had to do for plugins and we are still considering the situation. I can't tell if or when will they be available. Ivan Kolev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) E-mail: ivan.kolev at ephere dot com Discord: ikolev |
| Well that's a huge bummer. |
| This is nearly done, I hope a working build should be up until tomorrow. Ivan Kolev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) E-mail: ivan.kolev at ephere dot com Discord: ikolev |
| The current nightly build 3.1.0.35327 should be working in C4D 2024 and 2025. Ivan Kolev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) E-mail: ivan.kolev at ephere dot com Discord: ikolev |
| Where is the version for 2025? In the downloads section there are only versions for 2023.... tried these, they do not find c4d and fail.... please point me to the download I need and please update your downloads page to be more user friendly.... seriously, this is a huge bummer.... never seen anything like this before. |
| I guess we're suppose to download the demo? This is really vague.... please update your site to make things easier to underrstand. |
| In the top section of the Downloads page, labeled "Ornatrix C4D V3", the first build is "3.1.0.35015 [Latest Stable]", this doesn't contain builds for C4D 2024/2025 yet. The second build is "3.1.0.35327 [Nightly]", it is currently for Mac only, and it does contain the files for C4D 2024/2025. The Demo reflects the latest stable build, so it doesn't contain 2024/2025 yet, either. Please try the Nightly build. Ivan Kolev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) | I've been trying to get Ornatrix to run for C4D 2024/2025 somehow for an hour and it just won't work. Sorry but the user friendliness on this site or the whole installation process is infinitely bad. This can't be the way to install software in the year 2025... |
| I've tried installing all available versions (3.0.9.34092, 3.0.10.34357, 3.0.11.34822) of Ornatrix C4D v3 for C4D 2024.5.1 for Mac on the download page, and none of them appear to load up and become available on the menu bar when starting the C4D application. When I tried the Ornatrix C4D Demo (3.1.0.35015) installer for C4D 2024, the application crashed. I wonder if the problem is a failure of the app to recognize my previous licenses. Attached Files: |
| The nightly build that worked was deleted with the latest stable release. But our Mac builds are currently being delayed, a Mac build of the latest stable will appear in a few days. Ivan Kolev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) E-mail: ivan.kolev at ephere dot com Discord: ikolev |
| The Mac build of 3.1.1 Stable is now available in Downloads. It supports C4D 2024+. Ivan Kolev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) E-mail: ivan.kolev at ephere dot com Discord: ikolev |
| Hey, hope you're well. I downloaded the 3.1.1.35468 Latest Stable for C4D 2025.0.2 running on Apple M3 Pro Sequoia 15.3.1 Both archive and installer don't seem to work for me. Is this latest build expected to work ? Opening a previously made project I get this pop up telling me it's missing the plugin.

| Do you start C4D in Rosetta mode? Ivan Kolev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) E-mail: ivan.kolev at ephere dot com Discord: ikolev |
| Hi Ivan, Didn't know about this Rosetta mode. First of thanks it worked. It is a bit of a shame though because in Rosetta mode Redshift — which is totally part of our workflow — isn't working. Which forces us to do Mesh from Strands without even being able to view the output in the renderer, then switch back to non-Rosetta mode.
Aware that's an ongoing issue with Apple, but this makes us unsure if the plugin is worth it considering our setup. Is this gonna be fixed in a forseeable future aka weeks/months?
thanks a lot

| Weeks - no. Months - hopefully. Ivan Kolev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) E-mail: ivan.kolev at ephere dot com Discord: ikolev |
