I want to match the feature in C4D own hair system (Hair roots/As Guides) 1 hear for eah guide, and have it contrian to thats guides length and position, is it posible with Ornatrix?

Yes, that is possible with Ornatrix. In "Hair From Guides" tag chane the Distribution Type to Guides as Hair.
