Operators missing in recent build(Nov 26)

Hello. Before 26Nov, I would download nightly builds to check out whats new. First of, the new procedural object level approach is superb, better than the previous tag level approach. Good job guys.

The problem though, I dont no if its just me, is operators like Frizz, Curl, Detail, etc are no longer available. Am I missing something? Practically making the new build "unusable". 

Lastly, I realised, thr spline or curve conversion to hair hasnt been available.

Hope I can pointed in the right direction.

As you noticed, we are migrating the Tag workflow to Modifiers/Deformers, this implies porting each tag. We will be adding them regularly in nightly builds.

so this applies to render as well ? I can get mesh from strands rendered only, Curves from strands refuses to render, even if I use a hair material on furball object., though splines seem to be created. Do you want defective reports on the nightly like fizz deformer freezes cinema from latest nightly or are these considered as wip so bug reports on builds stated as stable only ?
