Problem

Description:	Dynamics stiffness has no effect.
Steps to Reproduce:	Create a sphere. apply the preset fur, add a dynamics-modifier Press MassFX play, stop, reset. Change stiffness by a large amount. Press MassFX play again and note that there is no change at all.
