Summary

Description:	I realized some delay when I change modifyers selection after update My windows 10 to 11. I'm usein 3dsmax 2022. I test 2 last version of Ox. 7.3.7 and 7.3.8. I was using 7.3.7 normaly on windows 10. I have RTX 3060, graphic board can't be.
