Description: | Hello, We recently started having problems with our license. This error shows up when we use Ornatrix for 3ds Max (both 2022 and 2023):
Authorizer mismatch error
In the Ephere License Server Manager, we can see that the licenses are not in use (see the screenshot) and not being used by other computers. What we've done so far:
Note: the server that is hosting the license server has had 2 HDD failure recently (RAID), but the main OS HDD wasn't changed. No other hardware changes. Note: Our firewall doesn't block access to ephere.com What can we do? We are on a tight deadline and would appreciate if this problem could be solved quickly. Thank you for your support. Jo.

Please try installing the latest nightly build, 7.3.8.30966 If it doesn't work, please look for the following files: "%LOCALAPPDATA%\EphereLicensingLog.txt" (or "C:\Users\\AppData\Local\EphereLicensingLog.txt") C:\ProgramData\Ephere\EphereLicensingLog.txt C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\EphereLicensingLog.txt (this one might require administrator access to the directories above it) and send them by e-mail to ivan.kolev at ephere com

For the record, it turned out that our license server doesn't work when Windows has this group policy enabled: "System cryptography: Use FIPS-compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing" We'll look into ways to work around this.
