Defect: IP address error

Problem

Description:	Hi why i get this error after i install 3.2.0.0 ??!?!?! https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9V6GAhjVF2MVHJTOEhNbm5wYlU/view?usp=sharing i allrdy did that : Go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services Find a service named 'Ephere License Server' buy there wasnt 'Ephere License Server' plz reply fast , im in hurry . thx

ariya	i usually get white screen after instalation , why thats happend ? some time i must few time install update for reciving compelet message .
