Defect: toolbar in 2018

Strob	I tried with latest nightly and I had problems with the toolbar too. I had to play witht the workspaces and unistall reinstall until I see the toolbars.

Description:	In default workspace, I can't bring the toolbar. It is available in other workspaces but they lack other stuff I need...
Steps to Reproduce:	install ornatrix in 2018...
