Hi Giampiero,

Please give me more information about your environment: Ornatrix build, 3ds Max version, Render engine and a screenshot of your modifier stack.

I've tried two different build of Ornatrix 6.0.12.16336 and 6.0.11.16160 , 3ds Max used is 2018 and render engine is Corona , what i saw that the hair clustering modifier cause this problem.

Do you think you can share your scene for testing? If so, please send it to jeordanis.f@ephere.com.

I can reproduce the issue, we will investigate this and get back to you once we have more information. Thank you for the scene.

Meanwhile, instead of using OxHairClustering try using OxClump. Also, have in mind that V6 is still in beta and is intended for testing only.

Thank you Jeordanis for your support as always,  now it's works.
