Defect: was opened incorrectly

Problem

Description:	On the left you can see screenshot which was send to me by the author of this model as the reference. When I open this model in Max 2016 Ornatrix-3dsmax-5-2-9-14704-win64_34203139203231313332.msi, there is mess with the hair as you can see on the right. Do anyone have any ideas what had happened (beside the idea, that this model was disheveled during delivery ;) ? All textures have correct links.
Steps to Reproduce:	open model in Ornatrix-3dsmax-5-2-9-14704-win64_34203139203231313332.msi version /

Jeordanis Figuereo	Hi, This issue might be caused when the hair is loaded on a different version of Ox which have significant changes to guides and hair generation, for example, if the hair was created on Ornatrix V4 and now you are trying to open it on Ornatrix V5. See if the original author can save the model again, but this time turn ON Remember Roots Positions in GuidesFromSurface, HairFromGuides and HairClustering if there is one on the scene.
