New: Hair clustering modifier has guide channel to control clustering amount
Fixed: Propagated group not used when applying modifiers on a hair object with incoming guide groups
Fixed: Hair with polar interpolation randomly changes rotation on deforming meshes if it is parallel to the surface normal
Fixed: When adding a new guides channel after using strand groups the values of strand groups and new channel change
Fixed: Strand rotate modifier not taking input strand rotation angles into account
