Does anyone know how to create tentacles (like octopus except it will be ivy) where they can pick up objects  this hair pluin  https://youtu.be/T-2K1VNVM-Y?t=486

 I can make particles surround a target like in the image but all objects must be stationary and we need animation. I can even aniamte a target object mysel I just need hair to spread from the main object, grab it and then throw it meanwhile hair msut move like tentacles
