Hello! We recently purchased a couple of Ornatrix for Maya perpetual licenses. One user when logged into a local client machine under their company's account, is able to access an Ornatrix license (Selecting the loaded checkbox) by leaving the ip blank and selecting Connect. Another user (same team but different user account) logs into the same local client machine, does not get license access and receives and Authorization failed. "could not find user info, cannot get a license online from ephere. Authorization failed."

Any thoughts on troubleshooting? Appreciate the assistance!
