Ornatrix 3dsmax: Assign License Error!

Hi~ After receiving the upgrade was the installation. (win64__342031352033343632.msi) But Assign License Error Turn off firewalls Turn off Norton Anti-Virus Restart the local services Reset License (https://www.ephere.com/plugins/autodesk/max/ornatrix/licensing.html) I tried everything.
