Hi all,

I posted this bug but for some reason my post doesn't seem to have made it through.

I have tried using Latest Stable V5 and V6

I am on 3ds max 2018 service pack 4.

Basically I add a guide from Surface modifier

Add an edit guides modifier

I click on Edit root guides select some roots

Go back to Brush guides, turn on affect selected.

Go back to Edit root guides and it crashes

I have done this with a brand new scene. 

Is this a bug or something wrong with my install.
